Who is responsible

The 6th Sense bv, Kapitein Crespelstraat 42, B-1050 Brussels, Belgium (KBO/BCE BE0479.994.996, RPR Brussels) is the data controller for the Buzzibox waitlist. Contact: hello@buzzibox.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your language preference, the signup time and the version of this notice. If you choose to answer our optional questions after signing up, we also store your answers — the challenge you'd like Buzzibox to solve, your host type, roughly how many properties you run, and whether you want early access. Those questions are entirely optional and you can join without answering them. Nothing else — no tracking cookies, no analytics profile.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your address for one purpose: to email you about Buzzibox's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which we verify with a confirmation email (double opt-in). We never sell or share your address.

Where your data lives

The waitlist is stored in the European Union. Emails are delivered by our email provider under an EU sending configuration.

How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months without any re-engagement from you.
• When you unsubscribe, your address is removed immediately; email delivery records are deleted within 30 days.

Unsubscribe and your rights

Every waitlist email contains a one-click unsubscribe link — using it withdraws your consent and erases your address immediately. You also have the right to access, correct, restrict or export your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be / gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
